Run-Fit includes interval training, form and pacing drills, strength and flexibility training. Run-Fit will make you feel stronger for your training walks, jogs, or runs OR is just a great way to burn calories.

The Tri-Strength 18-week off-season program begins in October and transitions to an in-season maintenance program in March.
